The existing wheelchair facility is provided by the Airlines operator, which requires the PRM to be assisted by the ground crews. The wheelchairs are customized into 3 types of size to fit the cabin's aisle.

First phone call with the Airbus Mentor

It was 2 in the afternoon in Hamburg, and 8 in the afternoon in Yogyakarta. A very interesting and warm introduction phone call with Dr Otto, it's perfect to know that he's the expert for the cabin design, which is in line with our ideas.
